To run active logistics operations, routing selection, and label generation, we collect several types of data:

• Merchant Account Details: Name, business name, registration details (GSTIN/IEC code), billing address, phone number, and email.
• Shipment & Buyer Data: To print shipping manifest sheets, we process buyer recipient name, shipping destination address, postal code, phone number, parcel weight, volumetric weight dimensions, package description, and declared value.
• Channel Integrations Access Keys: OAuth tokens or API keys to pull order information automatically from external shops (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Technical & Usage Metrics: IP addresses, browser types, operational durations, page load speeds, and API calling logs.

3. How We Use Information

Trivara utilizes your information for logistics execution, support diagnostics, and engine training:

• To sync order entries from your sales channels and print shipping labels.
• To execute courier allocations using serviceability, pricing, and merchant routing preferences.
• To update real-time shipment status metrics and send tracking updates to buyers.
• To run analytical calculations to predict and prevent Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases.
• To process service invoice payments and resolve delivery disputes.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your transactional data or shipping directories. We share details solely to perform service objectives:

• Logistics Partners: Shipment details are routed to active transport partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax) to conduct delivery.
• Payment processors: Gateway systems receive billing descriptors to securely handle wallet top-up transactions.
• Legal Compulsion: If required by Indian law (e.g., GST or customs compliance audits), we may share shipping invoice histories with official authorities.

5. Data Security

All communications between your sales channel, browser, and our cloud servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) standards. We implement industry-accepted practices to safeguard personal and commercial information from unauthorized exposure, alteration, or deletion.
